Painting With Circles
For this art, we had to dip the containers with different paint and use the brush to paint the circles using circular movements.
We had to really concentrate to make sure the paint stayed within the circles.

Saving the Earth
This week we had a Duffy show about saving earth by looking after the environment. It taught us that a lot lot of natural disasters like floods and droughts are caused by global warming. We can help by switching off the lights, taking shorter showers, planting trees and recycling our rubbish.
We also learnt how dyslexic people read by making pictures of words in their head.
It was an interesting show with some science experiments.

Scatter Painitng
This week our challenge was to do a self-portrait. First, we had to draw the outline of our head and shoulder. Then we used a vivid to go over the pencil line. We took our portraits outside and used brushes to scatter the paint on it. It was messy but fun and we had to be careful not to paint each other too!!
The final portraits!
